CinemaSins Goes To The Oscars

Cinema Sins attempted to nitpick Best Picture nominations. It did not go well.

MoviesWithMark provides a detailed critique of CinemaSins’ recent coverage regarding Academy Award-nominated films. The analysis examines how the channel’s signature style of nitpicking and humor applies to more serious, acclaimed cinema, while questioning the effectiveness of their editing and commentary choices on these specific high-profile titles.

Youtube’s New Favorite Creator

Are YOU an aspiring content creator?

I’m building a YouTube channel from scratch, while working a full-time job, to prove that anyone can become a successful content creator.

One thing I’ve realized is that most YouTube advice isn’t made for working creators. It’s made for people who can spend hours every day filming, editing, and optimizing content. But what if you only have a few hours a week?

If you’re building a channel alongside a job, business, family, or other responsibilities, you’re in the right place. Join me on this journey and lets grow our channels together.

YouTube is Ignoring Us.

►YouTube is no longer removing sub bots on our channel. We are being sub botted by ViewBotRDP/PikoSMM. We got sub botted up to 350k subscribers, as well as being sub botted and view botted on Twitch. We also got follower botted on Twitter as well. Someone is trying to get the DeepHumor channel banned. Subscriber bots, follower bots and viewer bots are all against the terms of service of pretty much every social media platform, so someone is spending thousands of dollars to bot all of our social media channels in an attempt to get us banned. Let me know what you guys think about this situation in the comments below.

Do Men on the Internet Even Like Women?

I’ve been online long enough to realize I don’t think the men on here like fictional women to be like real women. At all. From the reaction to Invincible to God of War: Laufey, from Tomb Raider to Stellar Blade, a lot of these reactionaries online seem to hate when women look or behave in a manner that isn’t idealized.

Star Wars Wasn’t ‘Saved In The Edit’

The Way Of The Force Episode 9: Star Wars Wasn’t ‘Saved In The Edit’, That’s Silly aka. Investigating The Marcia Lucas Problem aka. The Marcia Of It All

Since day one on this series, commenters have been demanding that I talk about the behind the scenes of the editing, in particular about the idea that Star Wars was ‘saved in the edit’, and that Marcia, George’s first wife, was responsible for so much more than that the history books say. If I was going to do it, I wanted to do a really thorough job. What I found was a fascinating 40-year mess of anecdotes, interviews, gossip, and speculation. I’ve done my best to piece it together in a clear way, and offered my own opinion supported by the facts I could verify.

This one is for the deep deep Star Wars boys. You know who you are.
